Transformational Life Coaching
This coaching package provides a thought-provoking space for those individuals who would like to understand themselves more and are seeking answers or change. A weekly session will provide the opportunity to explore possible blocks or 'stuckness' and to reflect on what is really important to you. These sessions will align you with your inner knowing and give you everything you were looking for.

Hypnosis is a state we are all familiar with. We naturally enter this state at times such as reading a book or watching a film, drifting off to sleep or begin to awaken, when we 'zone out' and daydream. It is a state when we are more open to suggestion.
Hypnotherapy involves working with the subconscious part of our minds. As a qualified and certified hypnotherapist, I guide people into a 'trance' state to work directly with the subconscious mind by overriding the conscious mind. Throughout the process, the individual has full control and is perfectly safe. During the state of hypnosis, the subconscious mind, which controls most of our thoughts, feelings and behaviours, is more open to suggestion of change and to embracing new, healthier intentions. Hypnotherapy can bring powerful, life-changing results!

Hypnotherapy Sessions last usually about an hour.

The number of Hypnotherapy Sessions needed depends on the individual and the purpose of the therapy. Many people experience permanent, successful change in just one session. Some conditions may require further sessions. An indication would be given during the initial consultation call and reviewed together.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is about looking at the mind (the neuro part), the language we use (the linguistic part) and how these two things together affect the way we behave (our programming). NLP is a highly effective tool which gives fast results. It can be beneficial for people who do not enjoy traditional talking therapies and prefer to work in a more content-free way. NLP focuses on helping us to move from feeling mentally 'pulled out of shape' or lost in negative thinking towards our own innate wellbeing. NLP practitioners work with how an individual has created their thoughts, feelings and behaviours using their senses. Every event is internally processed and interpreted- sometimes a situation can leave us with an ongoing and damaging outcome. NLP interrupts and changes these patterns to bring about life-altering results .
